AGF AARHUS 2017

Aarhus and Hummel have revealed a new one-off shirt to celebrate the city's status as European Capital of Culture 2017. Hummel's and their home town club pay tribute by developing a bespoke kit to be worn this Sunday vs Brondby. 

The rainbow collar is inspired by world-famous Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson's Your Rainbow Panorama. This is a 150-metre long glass walkway in the colours of the rainbow. The walkway is permanently mounted on top of ARoS, Aarhus contemporary art museum. 

Aarhus' impressive skyline features prominently across the chest of the kit, paying homage to some of the cities most iconic buildings. 

AGF have agreed to have their club crest altered for this one shirt alongside their sponsor, Royal Unibrew, who have modified their sponsor to '2017' from 'Ceres', the name of the local beer. 

500 shirts will be made available from 8am on Friday 18 August at hummel.net and Danish sports retailer Sport24.
