FC BAYERN MUNICH HOME BY ADIDAS

The new 2017/18 Bayern Munich kit has been revealed by Adidas. The kit takes inspiration from one of the clubs most iconic kits that was worn during their highly successful period during the 1970s. 

The 1970 shirt was worn by the likes of Franz Beckenbauer and Gerd Müller when Bayern won their first European Cup. 

The new kit pays homage to this time but also combines with the present time with Adidas' breathable fabrics and new technologies. 

A predominately red shirt with thin, white vertical shirts, the kit is a beautiful one. Bayern's motto 'Mia San Mia' - roughly translating to "we know where we come from, who we are and what we aim for" - is printed on the reverse of the kit. 

The kit will be seen on pitch for the first time when FC Bayern Munich faces FC Freiburg on the 20th May. It’s available to purchase in the FC Bayern online store, in adidas global retail stores, the adidas online shop (www.adidas.com/football) as well as in all FCB-Fan-Shops from today.
