The new Manchester City kit has been inspired by the club's most famous side; the league title winning 1967/68 side with a blue shirt, white shorts and maroon banded socks. 

Manchester City have upped their game in all departments, striving for the very best. This includes investment into the women's team, brand new training facilities and heavy interest in youth teams. Following five major honours since 2011 for the men's team and a treble for the women's team, Manchester City will be looking for further success wearing this shirt installed with Nike's latest innovations such as Aeroswift technology.  

The traditional kit has been updated with a modern round neck look with a white trim. Alongside the maroon banded socks, the details pay tribute to the title winning side of '68.
