JOIN IBWM! SOCIAL EDITOR WANTED

In Bed With Maradona recently reformed and recruited a quality team of writers and editors to keep the site ticking over. We’re now looking to expand once more, with the position of Social Editor available. 

We’ve changed the way we do things; streamlining our offering to concentrate on high-quality football writing. We have plans to potentially expand IBWM into a podcast and print magazine/publication. We’d love for you to be a part of that.

We currently have dedicated editors in across the site, but want someone to come on board to help us expand our social following.

The role would involve managing the In Bed With Maradona social profiles, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You would be aiding our editor-in-chief Scott Salter with the direction and running of IBWM online.

We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of social media, the desire to help us expand our reach and take IBWM to the next level and (preferably) someone who has a bit of experience in this type of thing. Obviously, football knowledge and passion is a must, but you wouldn't be reading this if that wasn't the case. 

It’s worth noting that the role is unpaid; we don’t believe in advertising and don’t make any money from the site. What you would get in return is being a key part of an internationally recognised blog and help shape the future. IBWM hasn’t won multiple awards by accident and we haven’t reached millions of readers in over 150 countries for nothing. The role is a casual role, you do it in your own time.
